Full payment must be made after providing me with all the details of your commission to beginIf you upload my art or designs to a platform other than Toy House, please tag me as Nikaido ArtsWhen discussing what you'd like to include in your commission, please have your character's quality reference, pose, and expression on hand. For custom commissions, I'd need a clear idea of what you're looking to achieve in the design (as I mentioned before, reference images must be of high quality), while in the sketch stage you will be provided with wips at all times (same for the custom desings)Once the sketch has begun, refunds will not be issued, so if you need to cancel your commission, please let me know before I begin working on it. I do not offer refunds once the sketch is complete under any circumstances. If a client attempts to request a refund after this stage, whether through PayPal or any other platform, they will be permanently banned from placing commissions or using my work in the futureMy turnaround time (TAT) for commission completion is typically 4 days to 3 weeks, but can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. I will notify you in advance of any delaysI only allow 3 to 5 changes at the sketch stage. I cannot add additional characters/props. These types of changes to the sketch will incur additional costsRegarding usage, all commissioned pieces are for personal, non-commercial use by default. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, an extra fee will apply. This can be either a flat rate or a percentage of profits, depending on the type of usage and what we agree upon. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited. This also applies to my adoptables and custom designsFor private/NSFW commissions, I will not accept real images of people or their intimate parts. If you send any of them as a "reference," you will be immediately sent to my blacklistI do not authorize my artwork to be used for AI training, NFTs, or any related technologies. Any misuse of my work in these ways will result in a permanent ban and blacklisting also please do not pass off my artwork as your own or identify it. This will prevent you from ordering my artwork and using it in the future
