Terms of service (T.O.S)
GENERAL
• Please Tag me or mention if you post the commission on other site• not to upload my designs or art to Pinterest• not to use my art or my desings to feed the AI / to use it as a reference in it• do not trace my art or designs• The price may vary depending on the complexity of the character•The character must have a references sheet in good quality; if not, at leat provide an imagen that can be clearly see
PAYMENT
• I will not start the commission sketch without full payment• I will not sent sketchs without full payment• I do not accept partial or incomplete payments
DELIVERY
• My TAT for a commision is from 5 days to 4 weeks , but can vary depending on the complexity of the
character• I can sent the drawings by Gmail and the other platforms i use
COMERCIAL USE
• all commissions pieces are for personal use only , if You want to use the artwork commercially wil be a extra cost of 50%• You can make merchandise for yourself with the commision, but you can't have it made by another artist (that would be considered commercial)
REFUNDS
• I don't give refuns once rhe skech is confirmedIn case a refund is needed , request it before rhe sketch phase• Don't try to request a refunddbonce the piece is totally finished; if You insiste , You will be blocked and put on a backlist
COMMUNICATION
• For more conveniente You can contacme on Vgen or on discord• Once the sketch is confirmed, i Will be sending wips ofnthe lineart and base coloring• Please maintain constant communication so that we can discuss chances or additions
